If your order is a ready to ship item this will be shipped within 1-3 days. To check if it is a ready to ship item it will be shown within the product description.

Pieces that are made to order will ship within 3/4 weeks depending on size and intricacy of piece.

If you need to expedite an order please contact me directly on my website or DM on Instagram to see if this can be accommodated within your time frame.

Overseas shipping/Custom fees

The United Kingdom has officially exited the European Union. For EU customers, this change may entail duties upon receiving your items. The specific fees vary by country, so please ensure to check the applicable charges in your destination country before placing an order to prevent any unforeseen costs.

Additionally, duties will be applicable for customers in the Rest Of World when purchasing our products from the UK.

Bespoke products delivery

The production timeframe for bespoke pieces is approximately 3 weeks, with the exact duration being determined based on the intricacy of the design. Specific timelines will be mutually agreed upon upon ordering to ensure that your custom piece is delivered to you on time.

It's worth noting that all orders for bespoke pieces come with complimentary delivery, providing an added value to your unique and specially crafted item.

Returns

Please choose your order carefully. Due to hygiene reasons and because each product is handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any headpiece, headband, comb, hair pin, tiara or jewellery.

Please ensure you read the product details properly, noting the dimensions (which can vary by 1cm) and colours. Please note that colours may vary between computer screens. We will ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible.

Please also note that items purchased in the Final Sale collection are non refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds & exchanges (if applicable)

If your purchased item arrives damaged or with any quality issues, please contact us at info@lizabethaparker.co.uk within 5 days of receiving the product. Provide photographs that clearly show the concern. You have 14 days to return the item.

Please note, due to all items being handmade there will be a slight variation between the images online and the piece you receive, this is the beauty of a handmade design. Our items do not have a ‘machine’ finish, they are made with love and designed to be slightly unique to each buyer, especially any hand wired piece.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In most cases we offer a store credit, however for any noticeable fault we will offer a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Return credits are processed from us within 7 business days or sooner. We are not responsible for bank processing times.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns shipping

To return your product, please email info@lizabethaparker.co.uk to organise a shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we are able to observe the fault we will email you to discuss the refund/exchange options.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
